In many cases, customers receive their boards in about 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

1. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We normally use UPS, FedEx, or DHL to ship PCB orders to customers. The final carrier may depend on destination, service availability, and shipment arrangement.
2. How long does shipping usually take?
Most shipments are delivered in about 3 to 5 business days after the package is shipped. However, actual delivery time may vary based on destination country, customs clearance, remote area handling, holidays, and carrier conditions.
3. Can I use my own UPS, FedEx, or DHL account?
Yes. Customers may provide their own UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping account for delivery. This option is often helpful when the customer wants to use a preferred carrier arrangement or speed up the delivery process.
4. If I use my own carrier account, do I still need to pay your shipping charge?
No. If you provide your own valid shipping account and we use that account for delivery, you do not need to pay shipping charges to us for that shipment.
5. Does using my own shipping account make delivery faster?
In many cases, it can help the shipment move more quickly or more smoothly, especially when customers already have established carrier service arrangements. However, final delivery speed still depends on the carrier, customs, and destination conditions.
6. What information should I provide if I want to use my own shipping account?
Please provide your carrier name, shipping account number, recipient contact information, delivery address, and any special shipping instructions. To avoid delay, please make sure all shipping information is complete and accurate.
7. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. After the package is shipped, we normally provide tracking information so you can follow the shipment status.
8. Can shipping time be guaranteed?
No shipping transit time can be guaranteed in all cases. Delivery schedules may be affected by customs clearance, weather, airline space, public holidays, remote destinations, and carrier network delays.
How to Use Your Own Shipping Account
- Place your PCB order or confirm your quote.
- Tell us that you want to use your own UPS, FedEx, or DHL account.
- Provide the shipping account number and complete delivery information.
- We arrange shipment with the carrier account you provide.
- You do not need to pay our shipping charge for that shipment.
