Ordering & Payments

Learn how to place your PCB order, how to submit Gerber files, what payment methods are available, how first-time setup fees work, and what happens after payment.

Quick Overview

This page explains our standard PCB ordering process, payment methods, file submission rules, first-time setup charges, refund handling, and general ordering questions.

How to Order

  1. Request a quote online, or email your PCB requirements and design files to us. Please include your name, company name, shipping address, email address, telephone number, and required board quantity.
  2. We will review your request and send you a quotation by email. If you approve the quote, please complete payment using the correct Quote ID.
  3. After payment, please send your Gerber files, drill files, and any manufacturing notes if they were not already submitted.
  4. Our engineering department will review the files before production starts. If a file issue is found, we will contact you.
  5. After your boards are completed, we will ship them promptly. A tracking number will be provided when available.
  6. Customers may log in to the website to check order status and print invoice-related documents when applicable.
Important: Please make sure your Quote ID is entered correctly when making payment. An incorrect Quote ID may delay order processing.

Payment Methods

Option 1: Online Order Payment

Option 2: PayPal

If PayPal payment is accepted for your order, please send payment to: [email protected]

Please include your Quote ID in the payment note.

Security Reminder: Please do not email full credit card information. Use the official order payment page whenever possible.

Is PCB Fabrication Site Secure?

Customers should complete payment only through the official PCBfabrication.com payment page or through another payment channel specifically confirmed by our staff.

If your order uses a third-party payment processor, payment information should be handled through that payment channel, not through ordinary email.

This page intentionally uses careful wording. If you want to add exact Authorize.Net wording, PCI DSS wording, or merchant seal wording, that should be added only after confirming your current live payment setup.

What Is 1st Time Only NRE Fee?

The 1st Time Only NRE Fee is a one-time engineering / tooling / setup charge for a new PCB part number or a new revision.

  • It is generally charged when a part number is ordered for the first time.
  • It may be charged again if the design revision changes.
  • Repeat orders of the same approved design normally do not require this charge again.

File Review Before Production

Manufacturing normally starts only after payment is received and our engineering review confirms that your PCB files are readable and suitable for production.

Once the engineering review is completed and everything is confirmed, production can move forward without unnecessary delay.

What’s the Refund Policy?

If the order cannot proceed because the submitted PCB production files are unreadable, incomplete, or clearly unusable for manufacturing, we will review the case and handle refund processing accordingly.

For the latest ordering terms, please also review the order payment page: Order Payment Page.

Recommended operating rule: if no manufacturable files are available and production has not started, the order should normally be eligible for refund review.

Where to Pay and What to Send After Payment
