How to Request RoHS Certificate for Your PCB Quote

If you need a RoHS certificate for your PCB order, you can request it during the online quote process. This page explains where to find the RoHS Certificate option, how to change it from No to Yes, how to confirm the quotation includes the RoHS Certificate selection, and when the RoHS certificate will be sent to you.

Important: If you need a RoHS certificate, please make sure you change the RoHS Certificate option to Yes during the quote process.

Step 1: Open the PCB Online Quote Page

During the quote setup, locate the area for unusual or special PCB requirements.

Step 2: Expand “Unusual PCB Features (Option)”

In the quote page, expand the Unusual PCB Features (Option) section. This will display additional selectable requirements, including the RoHS Certificate option.

Step 3: Change RoHS Certificate from “No” to “Yes”

In the expanded area, find the RoHS Certificate option. The default value is No. Please change it to Yes.

Note: If RoHS Certificate remains set to No, your quotation will not include the RoHS Certificate selection.

Step 4: Confirm the Quotation Shows the RoHS Certificate Selection

After continuing the quote process, please review the generated quotation carefully.

If you selected Yes, the quotation will show that the RoHS Certificate option has been selected.

Please confirm: the generated quotation clearly shows that the RoHS Certificate option has been selected.

This is the key confirmation point before you move forward with the order.

When Will I Receive the RoHS Certificate?

After the PCB order has been completed and the boards have been shipped, the RoHS certificate will be sent to the customer by email.

Note: The RoHS certificate is normally sent after the PCB shipment has already gone out.
