How to Submit PCB Design Files

After receiving your PCB quote, please send your design files to us by email attachment. Our website currently does not provide an online file upload function.

Design File Submission Method

At this time, PCB Fabrication does not provide a server-based online upload tool for customer design files.

Please send your PCB design files as email attachments after you receive your quote or place your order.

Important: Please attach your files to the email. Do not paste Gerber or manufacturing files into the email message body.

Recommended Steps

  1. Prepare your PCB manufacturing files.
  2. Compress the files into one ZIP file whenever possible.
  3. Use your Quote ID in the email subject line.
  4. Attach the ZIP file to your email.
  5. Include your company name, PCB name, and any special notes in the email body.
Suggested email subject:
Quote ID 6V67Z2 - PCB Design Files

Suggested email message:
Dear PCB Fabrication,
Please find attached the PCB design files for Quote ID 6V67Z2.
Company Name: ABC Company
PCB Name: Main Control Board
Notes: Please follow the quotation and file package attached.
Thank you.

Recommended File Types

  • Gerber files
  • NC Drill files
  • Readme / fabrication notes
  • PDF drawing if available
  • ZIP compressed package

To avoid missing files, sending one ZIP package is usually the safest method.

If Your Files Are Large

If your design files are too large for one email, you may:

  • Send multiple emails and clearly label them in the subject line.
  • Include the same Quote ID in every email.
  • Tell us how many total emails or attachments you are sending.

If you are not sure whether we received your files successfully, please contact us by email for confirmation.

Why We Use Email Attachment Submission

Email attachment submission is simple, direct, and easy to track with your Quote ID and order information.

It also helps us confirm that the design files received match the quote and customer requirements before production begins.
